Tournament Policies and General Guidelines

To keep operations efficient, manage costs sustainably, and ensure the most practical implementation of our events, the following Entry and Withdrawal Policy applies to all JGFP tournaments and activities.

Tournament Entry, Review & Acceptance

All entries are subject to evaluation and approval by JGFP.

Submission of an entry form and/or payment does not constitute automatic acceptance into any tournament.

An entry shall only be deemed officially accepted upon receipt of written confirmation from JGFP through its authorized communication channels.

JGFP reserves the full right to:
* Limit or expand field sizes
* Enforce eligibility and participation requirements
* Apply priority systems when necessary
* Decline or withdraw entries in the best interest of tournament operations

TOURNAMENT FEES

All tournament fees are strictly exclusive of any and all additional costs and expenses of whatever nature, whether foreseen or unforeseen, including but not limited to caddie fees, cart fees, club consumables, insurance, transportation, accommodation, meals, practice fees, and any other charges. All such expenses shall be borne solely by the participant

PRIORITY AND LOYALTY RECOGNITION

In line with JGFP’s commitment to recognize consistent participation and tour support, priority registration may be extended to active and loyal JGFP tour members before opening remaining slots to the general field, when applicable. This system aims to balance inclusivity while fairly managing limited tournament capacities.

Trophies will be held for a maximum of 15 days from the awarding date. Winners are responsible for claiming their trophies within this period. Unclaimed trophies beyond this timeframe will no longer be kept.

Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Players who are unable to participate are encouraged to notify JGFP as early as possible.

However, all entry fees paid are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

* Personal decisions or scheduling conflicts
* Illness, injury, or medical concerns
* Travel delays or cancellations
* Weather conditions
* Disqualification or failure to appear

Once payment is made, it is deemed final and non-reversible.

Event Modifications & Force Majeure

JGFP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, postpone, relocate, restructure, or cancel any tournament or portion thereof due to:

* Weather or safety concerns
* Minimum participation requirements not being met
* Course availability
* Government regulations
* Any circumstances beyond JGFP’s reasonable control

Such changes shall not entitle participants to refunds, credits, or compensation.

Fair Participation & Future Eligibility

Entries are submitted in good faith with the expectation of participation.

Consistent late withdrawals, non-appearances, or policy violations may result in:

* Loss of priority status
* Restricted future entries
* Additional conditions for participation

All decisions by JGFP regarding participation eligibility shall be final.

Acknowledgment & Binding Agreement

By submitting an entry and/or making payment, participants and their legal guardians expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by all JGFP tournament rules, policies, and decisions, including this Policy.
